Seasonal Fall Cocktails

We have partnered with talented mixologist, Rob Stellato, the Lord of Libations, to help us create some seasonal fall cocktails that are specially blended to our spirts flavor profiles. See recipes below to try once you come and pick up some of our spirits for yourself! Cheers!

BLIND TIGRRR HOT TODDY

2 oz. Blind Tigrrr Whiskey
1 oz. Honey
1 oz. Lemon Juice
1 oz. Brown Sugar
4 oz. Hot Water

stir all ingredients and enjoy.

BLACKWATER MAPLE SOUR

1 1/2 oz. Blackwater White Rum
3/4 oz. Maple Syrup
1 oz. Lemon Juice
2 oz. Egg White

Shake all ingredients over ice and strain.
Garnish with dried lemon wheel and rosemary.

MAPLE INSURRECTION MULE

1 1/2 oz. Insurrection Bourbon Whiskey
3/4 oz. Lime Juice
3/4 oz. Maple Syrup

Top with Ginger Beer and Maple Smoke Bubble

MULDROW’S APPLE COOLER

1 1/2 oz. Muldrows Gold Rum
1/2 oz. Lemon Juice
1/2 oz. Cinnamon Simple Syrup
1 oz. Apple Cider

Shake all ingredients over ice and strain.
Garnish with apple slice and cinnamon stick.

BLIND TIGRRR PURAT SOUR

1 1/2 oz. Blind Tigrrr Whiskey
3/4 oz. Brown Sugar Purat Syrup
1 oz. Lemon Juice
2 oz Egg White

Shake all ingredients over ice and strain.
Top off with dashes of bitters.

SCIPIO’S APPLE CIDER-TINI

1 1/2 oz. Scipios Shine
1 oz Apple Cider
1/2 oz. Lemon Juice
1/2 oz. Cinnamon Syrup
